BBC News films my Tony Iommi portrait, work in progress
Massive thanks to John Bray for filming and interviewing me for this BBC News feature and for my appearance on BBC Midlands Today.
I am creating a large scale portrait of Birmingham and Black Sabbath legend Tony Iommi using a small cross-shaped Indian ink stamp.
I was working on the portrait at Velvet Music Rooms , Broad Street, Birmingham as part of my current ‘Music Icons’ solo art exhibition presented by Birmingham Art Zone.
The two minute news clip shows my work in progress on this artwork after over three weeks of ‘stamping’
